• If terminated by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
• If terminated by us, any prepaid but uncompleted work will be refunded.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in the state of Wyoming. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
